About the sessions:
MY APPROACH blends breathwork, meditation, neuroscience, and Theta healing to create practical, lasting change.
Each session begins with grounding. We connect to the body first — anchoring into the present moment and into something greater than ourselves, whether that’s intuition, Spirit, or simply your inner wisdom. This creates a safe, supported foundation for the work.
From there, we move into a guided rhythmic breathing pattern designed to shift your brain from its active thinking state into Theta — the brainwave state linked to deep meditation and subconscious access.
In this state, we work directly with the patterns stored beneath the surface. Old beliefs, emotional blocks, and stress responses can begin to release. At the same time, new neural pathways are formed, supporting healthier thoughts, behaviors, and self-perception.
Sessions close with integration — returning to a natural breath and allowing insights to settle. You leave grounded, clear, and more connected to your body and inner guidance.
My personal experience:
MY JOURNEY with breathwork began in 2019 as part of a women's group. That first session cracked me open - I experienced a full emotional release and realized that in 30 minutes I had moved through years of stuck grief and pain I didn’t even know I was carrying.
In the aftermath, I felt lighter, freer, and deeply connected to myself in a way I never had before. From that moment on, I knew that breathwork would be a part of my life forever.
Over the past six years, breathwork has helped me heal old wounds, break free from limiting thought patterns, and most powerfully - it helped me reconnect with my own intuition.
I grew up being told that my inner voice couldn’t be trusted, and through this work, I’ve released those lies. I've come home to myself, and I now help others do the same. If you're ready to come home to your body and your intuition, I’m honored to walk with you.
